The ZM / 6000 double acting and ZM / 7000 single acting midget cylinders are available in bore sizes of 20 and 25mm. They are made from corrosion resistant materials and are suitable for arduous conditions. |
The special piston seals and barrel material employed provide low friction operation and thus extremely good working life is obtained from these small cylinders. |
The rear end cover has an integral eye mounting style R. These cylinders utilize synthetic rubber buffers fitted to each end of the piston to give a simple fixed cushion effect to absorb end of stroke shock. The ZM / 6000 and ZM / 7000 cylinders are suitable for use on jigs and fixtures, interlocks, ejectors etc. |
The ZM / 6020 / J and ZM / 6025 / J are very similar to the basic versions but have double ended piston rods. Details of stocked stroke lengths are shown in the table overleaf. Supplied complete with piston rod and nose mounting locknuts. |
To order a basic cylinder without mounting, quote the model number and stroke length in millimeters, e.g. ZM / 6020 / 75 is a 20mm bore cylinder having a stroke length of 75mm. If a mounting is required to be supplied fitted to the cylinder add the mounting style suffix to the end of the number, e.g. ZM / 7025 / 10 / F is a 25mm bore cylinder having a stroke length of 10mm and fitted with piston rod clevis mounting styleF. If a mounting is required on its own, quote the reference shown in the tables overleaf, e.g. ZQM / 978 is a Front Hinge Mounting style M for an ZM / 6020 or ZM / 7020 cylinder. |
